At South Jersey Integrative Health, we are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care without the constraints of traditional insurance networks. This allows us us to have longer visits with our patients and be more accessible than typical to patients than typical practices.

While we do not bill insurance directly, we offer a simplified and transparent payment process: services are paid for at the time of your visit using cash, card, or check. To help you make the most of your out-of-network benefits, we provide a detailed superbill after each appointment upon patient request. This document includes all the information your insurance company needs for you to easily submit a claim for potential reimbursement.

Although we don't bill insurance directly, you can use the superbill to submit a claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

HOW TO SELF-SUBMIT A SUPERBILL

OBTAIN SUPERBILL

After your visit, we will provide you with a superbill. Superbills are generated upon patient request.

CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE

Reach out to your insurance company and ask about the process for submitting a claim with a superbill. They may provide you with specific forms or instructions.

SUBMIT THE CLAIM

Fill out any required forms, attach the superbill, and submit everything to your insurance provider. This can usually be done online or by mail.

FOLLOW UP

Check with your insurance company to ensure they received your claim and to inquire about the status of your reimbursement.
